We do not require any minimum on orders except for personalized favors. If you are not sure about an item or are have trouble deciding between several favors, you can always order a few samples before placing a large order. We will combine shipping costs to save money when ordering sample favors.

We are glad to help you with rush orders and last minute details. Please keep in mind certain wedding favors are very heavy and can be expensive to ship UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air. From brides to birthdays, we carry an extensive collection of Pfaltzgraff stoneware items in all of the active patterns for great gift giving. Payment is expected within 10 days of purchase. We accept PayPal, personal checks or money orders.

Pennsylvania Residents are required to pay sales tax.

Your order will ship directly from the manufacturer to the US and Canada to any address that is serviced by UPS, no PO boxes or APO orders. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will either ship via UPS Ground or via UPS Second Day Air and will be charged appropriately. Please email for shipping costs to your location. For orders shipped to Canada, Impressive Weddings is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment.

All wedding favors are carefully packaged by the manufacturer. If you receive an item that is damage, please contact us and we will have the manufacturer send you a replacement or we will issue a credit. All orders that are received damaged or short must be claimed within 15 days of receiving the merchandise in order to receive a replacement or refund.

We make every attempt to only carry the highest quality favors and accessories. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt. We will then send you a refund of your payment. Personalized items may not be returned.

At the time the auction is started, the item is in stock and ready for shipment directly from the manufacturer. However, due to strong demand for certain items, they may become out of stock without warning.

If this should occur, you will have a choice of receiving a full immediate refund or to be placed on back order for that item. To ensure prompt shipping and delivery of your item, we ask that you please send payment within three business days.

If your payment is delayed, there is a chance that the item you have won is no longer available for immediate shipment. All items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer via UPS Ground.

Your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would like the opportunity to correct any problems. Once the transaction is completed, we would appreciate positive feedback and we will do the same for you.
