Located just minutes from the Doylestown Courthouse and train station. The Doylestown country club offers one of the best values in Bucks County for your wedding reception. Below is a list of their most current prices and packages.

Spirits and liqueurs, domestic beer on tap with Imported bottled beer, house varietal wines. Wine service with dinner available at additional charge.
Cocktail Hour & hors d’oeuvres
Served butler style continuously throughout your cocktail hour.
- Assorted Crostini, Bruscetta and Canapés - Individually made canapés with assorted fresh, seasonal toppings. Asparagus Wraps - blanched asparagus spears wrapped in provolone and proscuitto and baked until hot and lightly melted. Scallops in Bacon - the classic- jumbo scallops wrapped in bacon and baked until crisp Oriental Dumplings - delicate filled dumplings steamed or fried. Mushrooms Stuffed with Crab - large
Pennsylvania mushrooms filled with lump crab and spinach and baked until golden.

Menu Selection: Your menu choice and estimated count is required at least thirty (30) days prior to your affair. Child’s portions and selections are available at a special price if requested in advance. Dietary restrictions will be happily accommodated with advance notice.
Guarantee: The host agrees to furnish Doylestown Country Club with a 100 percent guarantee of guests, seventy-two (72) hours prior to the function. This is the minimum number of persons for which you will be charged. Liquor Service: In order to maintain our Liquor License, Doylestown Country Club must abide by the laws concerning service of alcoholic beverages. We will not serve any patron who appears to any employee of DCC to be intoxicated. We will not serve any underage patron. If a problem arises due to these or any other situation that may jeopardize our liquor license DCC will not hesitate to, and reserves the right to, close all bar service without notice.
Client Responsibilities: The individual signing this contract will be responsible for the conduct of guests and for any damage incurred during the course of the affair should damage occur. Doylestown Country Club is a private country club and members may be having lunch, dinner or other activities in other areas of the Club at the time of your affair. It is, therefore, required that all individuals at your affair remain in the room of the affair except to use the rest room facilities. Pictures may be taken on the grounds in certain designated areas with the approval of the Club Manager. Guests are not permitted on the golf course or in the swimming pool area at any time. Doylestown Country club is not responsible for valuables such as jewelry, wearing apparel, electronic devices, etc. The Club assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to automobiles or their contents.
Overtime: The affair is booked for five (5) hours. Overtime must be approved by the Manager in charge of the event and will be billed at $600.00 per hour, plus any food and beverage.
Deposit: A Deposit of $2500.00 is required to reserve the ballroom for your date.
Please make your check payable to Doylestown Country Club. Your deposit is non refundable and will be applied towards your bill.
Payment: An additional deposit of $2500.00 is required six (6) months prior to your event. This deposit also is non-refundable and will be applied towards your bill. The balance due will be payable not later than 48 hours prior to your event, based on your count. Any additional balance will be issued following the event.
Minimum: A minimum of 125 people is required and guaranteed for a Saturday wedding. For Bar/Bat Mitzvah, a minimum of 100 adults is required and guaranteed. Additionally, “cash” bars are not available on Saturdays. Our Ball Room holds a maximum of approximately 200 people. Pricing: The pricing on the enclosed menu is guaranteed through 2008.
Client Provisions: Entertainment is not provided by Doylestown Country Club, though we would be happy to help you with your decision. If your affair includes entertainment, members of the band or DJ (or photographer, videographer, etc.) may dine and drink at your expense with your authorization. Photography and specialty (wedding) cakes are not provided by Doylestown Country Club but we would be happy to assist you with your decision.
